regular used paper for paper box advantage and weakness
there are many kind of paper can use for paper box,now we introduce some regular used paper below
1,White cardboard paper
it can also called C1S paper,this is the paper commonly used in folding cardboard box and paper bag
it advantage :this paper so stronge,it so good for make cardboard folding box.it surface flat and it can print on normal printing
machine,it can save printing cost,the color on this paper can be so close as the design file.and it surface can make laminate,so it can
protect the color effect and basic water proof.and if make emboss on this paper it will so obvious
it weakness:this paper the front side is smooth good for printing,but the back side is rough,so the back side printing will not so nice.
and if you want front color match the back color ,that is have a big color different.
2,C2S paper
this paper usually use to cover on rigid box,some paper bag also will use this paper
it advantage:it material soft,so it can cover on rigid board so good.it two side both smooth,so it two side also good for printing,it also can
print on normal printing machine to save printing cost.it two side if match same color it will not big color different,and it two side both can
make laminate.
it weakness:this paper soft,so if use for make cardboard folding box,it will not stronge.and this paper make emboss artwork it also not so abvious.
3,kraft paper
karft paper usually use for paper bag
it advantage:it stronge for make paper bag,and it cost cheaper,it environmental protection
it weakness:it can not laminate,and it not water proof,it also can print ong normal printing machine,but it need long time to make the ink dry.
the color print on kraft paper there will big color different as the design file
4,special paper
special paper can use for all paper package
it advantage:it have many different pattern,and many different material,it can show out the box so special
it weakness:it cost will higher,it can not laminate so can not water proof,and because it have pattern on surface so most special paper
can not make printing,some special paper it print cost will higher even it can printing,and the color show out will usually color diffenrent
5,silver and gold card paper
this paper is same material as White cardboard paper,but it surface is metal color,usually silver or gold
it advantage:it can make metal color without hotstamp,and it printing so nice
it weakness:it material cost and printing cost will higher,it can not pirnt on normal machine just can print on UV printing machine.it will
obvious if have scratch.
