Packaging printing usually will use digital printing,traditional printing,UV frosty printing,screen printing
1,digital printing,this printing is use digital inkjet printing machine,this printing is computer adjust,not need make printing mould,but it can not adjust by hand,it just can print out color as machine computer read it,so different machine print out will color so different,and the printing word will not as clear as the mess printing machine,it printing speed is slow,so it usually use for make sample or make small order.
2,traditional printing,it use traditional printing machine,this usually print on the C2S paper,white card paper,kraft paper,and some other special paper,this printing,this machine can print CMYK color or pantone color,it need make printing mould and it can adjust the color,the after print on C2S paper or white card paper,it can make laminate on it.this printing is very clear and fast,but it can not print the metallic.
3,UV frosty printing,this is use UV printing machine,this can print all the paper,usually print on silver card paper,some other special paper,this machine can print metallic color on sliver paper,and it can make frosty UV and printing same time on paper,it can pring metallic color instead of hotstamp,it will print out more nice,it also can print CMYK or pantone color.
4,screen printing,this is print by screen printing machine,this printing just can print simple logo,it each color need make one printing mould ,can not make full color,and each color will need position match,the color can be adjust ,above 3 printing just can make one paper or plastic sheet,but this printing can make one stock production.
